Meeting our Miracle

Being a photographer you get the privilege of being let into the most beautiful and personal times of a family's life.  From a couple professing their love for eternity through marriage, to a family celebrating the arrival of a new member, we are lucky to capture and share these times with our clients.

Yesterday was no exception and truly made my heart happy.

Katherine is a fellow photographer and was expecting her fourth child, a little boy.  She already has 3 beautiful girls so he is, as they say, the icing on the cake!  She asked me if I could be there when her girls meet their brother for the very first time.  I felt so honoured to be asked to capture this meeting.

Only just over an hour after Tommy arrived Katherine rang me to come to the hospital.  I arrived and met this sweet new baby boy who is just so loved already.

I captured the girls joy, love and awe, the grandparents, the amazement, well I could go on, but I will let the images tell the rest of the story!
